C3 Habitat is led by Christy Christensen, a Western Washington wetland and habitat consultant with more than two decades of field and permitting experience.
Christy works directly with property owners and project teams on wetlands, streams, shorelines, wildlife habitat, restoration, and critical-area permitting. Her approach combines careful site investigation with straightforward documentation and a strong understanding of how environmental rules affect real development decisions.
